Retirement letter from Dr Shaw

Due to a significant family illness I have had to take compassionate leave.
I would like to thank all the staff at Church View Medical Practice who have been incredibly supportive, caring and thoughtful during this time. I hold them all in very high esteem.
I sincerely apologise to patients for the inconvenience caused, especially as my departure was so sudden.
During this time, however, I have decided to resign from general practice work and take early retirement. I shall therefore not be returning to Church View Medical Practice.
It has been my privilege to work with you for over 25 years. You shall be missed and will remain in my thoughts.
I wish staff and patients every blessing in the future.
